Everywhere you go, networkers with different backgrounds and abilities seem to have the same excuses and complaints. They say things like these:

" I have run out of contacts to share my biz op with.."
" I don't have a list!!"
" People generally have a bad idea about MLM, so no one will join me..."

Blah..blah..they act as if there is a SHORTAGE of leads and prospects for network marketing! But the reality is that there is an ABUNDANCE of leads out there...if you realize the potential of the MLM market, and the high demand for lucrative business opportunities, you'll never have to make the same excuses mentioned above -- ever again.

First: EVERY PERSON who is currently active in the MLM industry is part of your market. They are potential business partners. Some people will give up at this point and say, 'well, Joe Black is already with Herbalife, he won't be interested with my biz opp."

Cmon dude..think 2 or 3 years down the line. These networkers may not join you right now (and believe me, SOME of them will even join you now), but it's a reality in this industry that people shift restlessly from one company to another. When they make that decision to venture into greener pastures, will you be there? Will you and your company be the best option for them?

That's why it's important to build your contact base and establish relationships. You are thinking long term here. Don't drop people who say 'no' to your offer. Retain them. Build them up. Establish your expertise, and in the long run, many of those 'no' people will turn into a 'yes'.

Second: EVERY PERSON who can benefit from your product in some way, is a perfect prospect to your business opportunity. This is self explanatory. SO how do you reach these people? The answer is simple. Advertise the product, without mentioning the business opportunity. When they make a decision to purchase the product, or after they have bought twice or thrice from you, don't forget to mention the benefits of your biz opp. I've gathered batches of distributors this way.

Network marketing is fun. It doesnt need to be complicated and full of 'failure'. Don't listen to the 'gurus' out there who give you a tainted picture of MLM, so they can intimidate you into buying their stuff. Here's my simple and 'idiotic' formula to building a huge downline:

Just go out there, build 5 to 10 people frontline....then stop recruiting for a while and establish depth (help your downlines multiply and refer others).

Some will drop out within 5 to 6 months. Accept that and move on. Then REPLACE them. Remember, there is NO SHORTAGE OF GOOD PROSPECTS and potential business partners...
